Anan Maalouf
Embarking on the journey of urban planning was a natural progression fueled by a myriad of influences. From my formative years, accompanying my bus-driver father on travels exposed me to the enchantment of diverse cities in our region. Witnessing urban development projects akin to open-heart surgeries for cities left an indelible mark. Childhood fascination with these transformations, akin to playing SIM City, fueled my curiosity about the intricacies of urban dynamics.

Nathan Varda
As a co-founder of Propdo Brazil, my proficiency in decision support software for the real estate sector is deeply rooted in the expertise I gained from my urban planning degree. This educational foundation has been instrumental in shaping my understanding of urban dynamics, equipping me with the ability to conduct thorough research and execute strategic planning in various critical areas, including geography, law, economics, social considerations, and sustainability.

Mor Shilon
Working in the field of sociology of space in my MA degree, I was looking for ways to expand on my theoretical and practical understandings and conceptualizations of space. Studying urban planning provided a new path to acquire knowledge and information about socio-spatial relations in diverse urban settings.

Expose yourself to new and varied living environments as much as possible. Ask yourself how different people experience the space around them, what is accessible to them, how can well-being of individuals be improved and what you can do to contribute to their everyday experiences. There are many ways of knowing a place - local communities hold invaluable knowledge, remember to acknowledge that.
