The first part of the course will give the students basics in strategic thinking and development studies. Next to accessibility theories and tools, this part of the course will focus on central dilemmas and issues that must be applied when carrying out oriented strategic processes development. The second part of the course will focus on the design and implementation of strategic planning processes in various fields. In each class and for each field, a variety of policy documents and plans will be presented strategies, The purpose of this presentation will be to understand the planning goals of the various programs, the basic assumptions of the planning teams, the methodology. The planning, the planning process, the planning products, the implementation and execution guidelines and the manner of implementing the various plans and evaluating the achievement of the goals.

Grade determination: Active participation in lectures, attendance, and assignments.

Scope of Study: 3 hours of lecture per week.
